Overview
The drive shaft housing is the load-bearing frame of the cone crusher drive assembly. It supports the drive shaft, pinion gear and pulley, transferring motor power to the eccentric assembly so your crusher keeps producing at full capacity. Machined to original dimensions, this replacement part drops into your existing crusher with no rework.
Bearing bores are finished by CNC to tight tolerances, ensuring a correct fit with the drive shaft and bearings while reducing wear and abnormal heat. Key seats, end faces and locating surfaces are machined to original drawing accuracy, keeping the pulley and pinion perfectly coaxial for stable, low-noise power transmission
High-Strength Casting Built for Heavy-Duty Mines
Manufactured from high-quality cast steel with controlled chemical composition and subjected to normalizing and tempering treatments to relieve internal stresses, it achieves an ideal balance of strength and toughness. Its reinforced rib structure absorbs the impact and vibration associated with continuous, high-load crushing operations.
Widely used in mining, quarry and aggregate plants processing granite, basalt, limestone and ore. Custom dimensions are available for non-standard crusher models upon customer technical drawings.
Factory Quality Control You Can Trust
Every unit is inspected for internal defects and fully dimension-checked before shipment, then given anti-rust treatment and export wooden-crate packing. Material certificates and inspection reports are available on request.
Full OEM Interchangeability
Dimensionally interchangeable with original drive shaft housings for Symons (3FT / 4.25FT / 5.5FT), Metso HP & GP, and Sandvik CH / H series crushers. Bolt-on fit, no field modification required.
